INGREDIENTS
- 300 g cod fillet
- 1 lemon
- 200 g Greek yogurt
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 - 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1/2 red onion
- 100 g canned peas
- 1 carrot
- Bunch of fresh dill
- Salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Pat the cod dry, salt it, and drizzle with lemon juice. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then fry the fillets in a hot pan. Set aside from the heat and let cool.
- 2Peel the onion and slice it. Clean the carrot and grate it coarsely. Remove the tough stems from the dill and chop finely.
- 3In a bowl, combine yogurt, mustard, onion, carrot, peas, dill, the remaining lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Tear the fillets with a fork or cut into smaller pieces. Add to the salad, season with vinegar, and mix.
