INGREDIENTS

  • 1 small head of pointed red cabbage, approx. 600 - 700 g
  • 1 apple
  • 40 g of horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • A pinch of ground pepper
  • A handful of walnuts

INSTRUCTIONS

    Shred or finely chop the cabbage. Peel the apple and cut it into small sticks. Peel the horseradish and grate it on a fine grater.

    Place everything in a bowl and season with white wine vinegar, olive oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Add chopped walnuts. Mix and let it rest in the fridge for 15 minutes.
