- 145 g all-purpose flour
- teaspoon baking powder
- egg for brushing
- sesame seeds for sprinkling
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 200 °C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 2Blend the cottage cheese until smooth and mix it in a bowl with the flour and baking powder. Knead into a soft and slightly sticky dough, then knead it for at least 4 minutes until elastic. Divide it into 4 equal pieces weighing approximately 80 g each, form each piece into a flat disc, make a hole in the center, and shape it into a bagel. Transfer them to the baking sheet, brush with beaten egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 3Transfer to the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes; the bagels should be beautifully golden and slightly crispy. Let them cool for at least 20 minutes before serving.
