INGREDIENTS

  • ½ chicken breast sliced lengthwise
  • 3 slices of toast bread
  • 40 g of bacon sliced
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
  • 40 g of mayonnaise
  • 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 1 egg
  • salt
  • freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry it in a hot pan with oil over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. In the same pan, fry the bacon until golden brown. Set both aside.

    In another pan, toast the bread dry on both sides until golden brown.

    In the pan with the bacon fat, crack the egg, season with salt, and cook over low heat for 4 minutes. Pepper, flip the egg, and cook for 1 minute on the other side. Remove from the pan and set aside.

    Spread mayonnaise on one side of the toasted bread. Place iceberg lettuce on the first toast, followed by tomato slices.

    Cut the chicken into 3 pieces and place it on the tomato. Cover with the second toast, spread side down.

    Spread mayonnaise on the dry side and place the fried bacon and egg on it. Cover with the last toast, spread side down.

    Cut the sandwich diagonally in half. Skewer each portion with a toothpick and serve immediately.
Tip
You will need 2 pans for preparation. You will need a flat spatula for flipping.
