INGREDIENTS
- ½ chicken breast sliced lengthwise
- 3 slices of toast bread
- 40 g of bacon sliced
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 40 g of mayonnaise
- 2 leaves of iceberg lettuce
- 4 slices of tomato
- 1 egg
- salt
- freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Season the chicken with salt and pepper and fry it in a hot pan with oil over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. In the same pan, fry the bacon until golden brown. Set both aside.
- 2In another pan, toast the bread dry on both sides until golden brown.
- 3In the pan with the bacon fat, crack the egg, season with salt, and cook over low heat for 4 minutes. Pepper, flip the egg, and cook for 1 minute on the other side. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- 4Spread mayonnaise on one side of the toasted bread. Place iceberg lettuce on the first toast, followed by tomato slices.
- 5Cut the chicken into 3 pieces and place it on the tomato. Cover with the second toast, spread side down.
- 6Spread mayonnaise on the dry side and place the fried bacon and egg on it. Cover with the last toast, spread side down.
- 7Cut the sandwich diagonally in half. Skewer each portion with a toothpick and serve immediately.
Tip
You will need 2 pans for preparation.
