INGREDIENTS

  • 750 g chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • plain flour for coating
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • a pinch of pepper
  • a pinch of salt
  • sweet chili sauce
  • chopped chives

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut the tips off the chicken wings and cut the wings at the joint.

    In a bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, sweet paprika, salt, and pepper, add the prepared wings, mix, and set aside.

    Heat a higher layer of oil in a saucepan to 160°C.
  • 4
    Coat the wings in plain flour and shake off the excess flour. Fry them completely submerged in hot oil until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Remove the cooked wings from the oil and dry them on kitchen paper.

    Coat the fried chicken wings first in sweet chili sauce and then in chopped chives.
