INGREDIENTS
- 10 g anchovies
- 15 g capers
- 15 g Parmesan
- 10 g peeled shallot
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- a pinch of freshly ground pepper
- 100 g beef tenderloin or aged sirloin
BEER SUITABLE FOR THIS DISH

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the chilled meat into 3 mm cubes.
- 2Finely chop the anchovies, capers, Parmesan, and shallot. Mix them with the chopped meat, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 3Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
