Pale straw color with greenish highlights and medium-intensity bubbles. The aroma is pleasantly fruity. Light and fresh on the palate, with well-balanced acidity. Medium-long finish.
The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness, and vinification is overseen by Nadine Worley. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14 °C. The entire vinification process is as natural as possible to preserve varietal character.
