It is extra dry, with lively bubbles and a bright pink color with brilliant highlights. On the nose, floral and cherry notes dominate. A harmonious wine, with a well-balanced impression of sweetness and acidity, with a delicate taste and a delicious finish.

About the winery

Pizzolato Settimo&Gino, located in the Treviso area, is undoubtedly among wineries with organic roots. It was founded in 1981.

The current owner, Settimo Pizzolato, is the fifth generation of the family to lead the winery, drawing on extensive experience. Organic production enables him to support good health and enrich the winery’s biological heritage, while also renewing the long-standing bond between people and the land.
