Lightly smoked pork ham of the highest quality with a crust and low fat content.

Berger ham is handmade from pork of exclusively Austrian origin. The meat mixture is seasoned with fragrant herbs and then left to cook for several hours. After cooking, it is lightly smoked, creating a brown crust all over the surface. In addition, it contains no gluten or lactose.  The ham slices are cut using a unique folding technique that makes it much easier to remove them from the pack.

This ham from the Wellness Berger range is classified among low-calorie products suitable for a healthy lifestyle, thanks to its reduced fat content.  

Use

Intended for direct consumption. Best enjoyed with fresh, crispy bread.
