Take 1 dose daily (250 ml). During fasting, detox programs, or increased strain, it is suitable to increase intake up to 2 doses daily (500 ml). Volume 500 ml. The bottle contains 2 doses. With regular use, you can also skip several days between individual doses.
Use as part of a healthy and active lifestyle. Recommended to include as part of intermittent fasting (12–16-hour intermittent fasts). Recommended to limit consumption of processed foods. Recommended to limit alcohol intake.
