Beba Optipro 1 is a starter infant milk formula for babies from birth to 6 months. The recipe contains B. lactis probiotics and optimized protein. B. lactis are bacteria similar to those found in the digestive tract of breastfed babies. Optipro is a special process for obtaining a protein blend with the aim of coming as close as possible to breast milk. The amount of protein corresponds to the needs of the baby at this age.

Use
Before preparing the infant formula, wash your hands thoroughly. Wash the bottle, cap and teat thoroughly and boil for 5 minutes. Boil drinking water suitable for infants and let it cool. Pour half of the boiled water, cooled to about 40 °C, into the bottle. Water temperature above 45 °C destroys lactic acid bacteria. Use the enclosed measuring scoop to measure the powder and add it to the bottle. The scoop must always be level. Shake well. Top up the bottle with boiled water to the required amount. Shake well again so the powder dissolves completely. Check that the prepared feed is at a suitable temperature. Long-term breastfeeding is the best form of nutrition for your baby, so we prefer it to infant formula products. Nestlé Beba OPTIPRO 1 should be given based on the recommendation of a doctor or a child nutrition specialist.
Always hold your baby in your arms during feeding. Do not leave your baby unattended, otherwise choking may occur. Use only the enclosed measuring scoop. Do not add more or less powder than stated in the table, otherwise the baby may become either dehydrated or undernourished. Do not change the powder-to-water ratio without consulting a doctor. Switching to another type of infant milk formula, as well as introducing non-milk complementary foods, should be done only in accordance with the pediatrician’s recommendation.
