Use
Enjoy the schnitzel with carrot and pumpkin purée, Italian risotto or vegetable fries, but it’s also great on its own as a vegetarian snack.
Heat treat before consumption. Do not freeze.
- Pan preparation: Fry for 12–14 minutes in a thin layer of oil, turning occasionally.
- Oven preparation: Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake on a tray for 10–12 minutes, turn halfway through.
