Use
Remove the legs from the printed bag, then immerse them in hot water in the unopened transparent foil for about 10 minutes to release the juices and make handling the meat in the packaging easier. Then remove the legs from the foil and place them, skin side up, in a suitable dish along with the juices. Bake in an oven preheated to 220°C for about 25 minutes until a golden surface is achieved. A grill can also be used to prepare the meat. Our tip: serve with cabbage, dumplings, or potato rolls. The meat can also be easily removed from the bone and served shredded, which is ideal for salads, baguettes, or sandwiches.
