Use

Preheat the oven to 180 °C (160 °C fan). Melt 100 g of butter with chocolate and heat for 2 minutes on medium power. Whisk the sugar and egg mixture with 90 ml of cold water. Add the chocolate mixture, then the flour and cocoa mixture. Pour the batter into a baking tray and bake for 30–35 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into 9 pieces.
