Use
Wash your hands and the breast pump. Open the sterile bag and attach the breast pump using the adapter. Pump milk directly into the bag (max. 180 ml), record the date, time, and quantity. Seal the bag tightly and store it in the refrigerator (0–4 °C) for up to 4 days or in the freezer (-18 °C) for up to 6 months. Thaw in the refrigerator for 12–24 hours and warm in a water bath at a maximum temperature of 37–40 °C. Dispose of the bag after use.

Storage
Store unopened bags at a temperature of 15–25 °C in a dry place, protected from moisture and sunlight. Shelf life is 3 years from the date of manufacture. Store milk in the bag in the refrigerator (0–4 °C) for a maximum of 4 days or in the freezer (-18 °C) for a maximum of 6 months. After thawing, consume within 24 hours and do not refreeze.
