Description
Cava Los Monteros Brut is a sparkling wine with a fine mousse and an alcohol content of 11.5% vol. The palate reveals notes of green apple, lime, and delicate almonds.
A cuvée of macabeo, xarel-lo, and parellada offers a creamier impression and a fruity finish. It is suitable as an aperitif as well as with lighter dishes such as tapas, seafood, or cheeses.
Use
Serve chilled at 6–10 °C. Suitable for a toast and with food.
