Use
Remove the protective film from the cartridge and screw on the holder. With the open side facing down, press it against the inside wall of the bowl at the point where the flush stream is strongest and turn the holder 180° until you feel slight resistance; for the next dose, turn further past the point of resistance. After use, put the cap back on; replace the empty cartridge with a refill.
