Use

Meat version: in 1 tbsp of oil, fry 250 g of chicken pieces until golden, add the sauce and cook for 6–7 min until the chicken is done. Serve, for example, with coriander and cream.
Veg version: replace the chicken with paneer or a mix of vegetables (zucchini, carrot, bell pepper, cauliflower, potatoes). Great with pilaf or naan.
