Use
Remove the soaked heel pad from the small sachet and place it on the heel. The longer side of the pad must be positioned on the underside of the heel. Remain seated during application.

Areas without calluses may react sensitively. Do not forcibly remove dead skin; peeling is individual and may take up to 1 week. After treatment, avoid direct UV radiation for 1 week. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a doctor. Do not use if you have diabetes. If irritation occurs, stop use and consult a doctor.
