INGREDIENTS
- 500 g full-fat curd
- 100 g whipping cream
- 1 vanilla pod
- 40 g birch or granulated sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Put the curd, cream, and sugar into a blender. Split the vanilla pod and scrape out the seeds, then add them to the curd and cream.
- 2Blend everything together.
- 3Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and turn it on for about 30 minutes. You can serve the ice cream immediately after it is made in a bowl or cones.
- 4If you don't have an ice cream maker, pour the mixture into a stainless steel bowl and place it in the freezer. During freezing, take the mixture out every 20-30 minutes and stir from the edges to the center. Then return the bowl to the freezer. Repeat this process until the mixture is frozen. Before serving, let the ice cream soften slightly.
