INGREDIENTS
- 8 pcs tomatoes approx. 120 g
- 200 g hard curd cheese
- 100 g Parmesan
- 4 larger shallots
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 30 g fresh chives
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- White pepper
- Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Clean the shallots, cut them into half rings, and sauté in olive oil until golden. Add crushed garlic and sauté together for another 2 minutes. Then let it cool. Crumble or grate the curd cheese on a coarse grater. Grate the Parmesan finely and chop the chives. Mix the cheese, herbs, and shallots with the curd cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2Cut off the tops of the tomatoes and scoop out the insides. Also, very lightly trim the bottom so the tomato stands. Fill all the tomatoes with the curd cheese mixture.
- 3Heat the grill and grill under the lid at a temperature of 300 – 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes depending on the size of the tomatoes. Finally, you can sprinkle with Parmesan. The tomatoes can be served freshly grilled or cold.
