INGREDIENTS
- 4× Hermelín
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 40 g of white grapes (halved)
- 20 g of raisins
- 80 g of walnuts (coarsely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Aluminum foil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, thoroughly heat up the grill and prepare 4 pieces of aluminum foil in the shape of a square (approx. 30 × 30 cm).
- 2Place the Hermelín in the center of each square of aluminum foil and drizzle each piece with honey. Add halved grapes, raisins, coarsely chopped walnuts, dried thyme on top, and wrap everything up.
- 3Place the prepared Hermelíns on the grill and grill in a covered grill for 8–10 minutes. If using a contact grill, grill the Hermelín for 3–4 minutes on each side.
- 4Transfer the finished Hermelíns from the grill to a plate and serve immediately.
Tip
Serve the grilled Hermelín best with sourdough bread or baked potatoes. You can season the Hermelín to your taste – with garlic, thyme, or, for example, chili.
