  • 50 g turkey ham
  • 100 g ricotta
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 400 g portobello mushrooms (or larger brown mushrooms)
  • 170 g Greek yogurt (0% fat)
  • 150 g light mozzarella

  • Rosemary
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil

INSTRUCTIONS

    First, prepare the mushrooms. Wash each mushroom, dry it, and remove the stem. Do not discard the stems, you will need them in the next step.

    Then prepare the filling. Finely chop the mushroom stems, cut the turkey ham into small cubes, coarsely grate the mozzarella, and place everything in a bowl. Add ricotta, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix everything together.

    Using a spoon, place the finished filling into the prepared mushrooms. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a rack and grill on the side of a closed grill (or on a contact grill at medium heat) for 6–7 minutes.

    Transfer the grilled mushrooms to a plate, add a dollop of Greek yogurt to each piece, and serve.

SERVING TIP

    Before serving, you can drizzle the mushrooms with olive oil and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley.
Tip
You can also add basil, thyme, or rosemary to the filling.
