- 50 g turkey ham
- 100 g ricotta
- Salt
- Pepper
- 400 g portobello mushrooms (or larger brown mushrooms)
- 170 g Greek yogurt (0% fat)
- 150 g light mozzarella

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare the mushrooms. Wash each mushroom, dry it, and remove the stem. Do not discard the stems, you will need them in the next step.
- 2Then prepare the filling. Finely chop the mushroom stems, cut the turkey ham into small cubes, coarsely grate the mozzarella, and place everything in a bowl. Add ricotta, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix everything together.
- 3Using a spoon, place the finished filling into the prepared mushrooms. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a rack and grill on the side of a closed grill (or on a contact grill at medium heat) for 6–7 minutes.
- 4Transfer the grilled mushrooms to a plate, add a dollop of Greek yogurt to each piece, and serve.
SERVING TIP
- 1Before serving, you can drizzle the mushrooms with olive oil and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley.
Tip
You can also add basil, thyme, or rosemary to the filling.
