INSTRUCTIONS
First, prepare the mushrooms. Wash each mushroom, dry it, and remove the stems. Do not discard the stems, you will need them in the next step.
Then prepare the filling. Finely chop the mushroom stems, dice the turkey ham into small cubes, coarsely grate the mozzarella, and put everything into a bowl. Then add ricotta, salt, and pepper to the bowl and mix everything.
Spoon the prepared filling into the mushrooms. Arrange the stuffed mushrooms on a rack and grill on the side of a covered grill (or on a contact grill at medium heat) for 6–7 minutes.
Chef's tip
You can also add basil, thyme, or rosemary to the filling, for example.
