INGREDIENTS
- 250 g chicken breasts
- 150 g brown rice
- 100 g corn
- 150 g canned red beans
- 10 radishes
- Several salad leaves (iceberg, romaine, or Little gem)
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon white sesame seeds
- 1 sour cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Rinse the rice and pour it into 450 ml of boiling salted water. Cook for 25-30 minutes. Then let it stand for a while. Drain any excess water.
- 2Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and fry them in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry for approximately 15 - 20 minutes, turning the meat several times. Once the breasts are cooked through, set them aside to rest. Then slice them into pieces.
- 3In a plate with a higher edge, place the salad leaves, cooked rice, and add corn, beans, sliced radishes, and chicken meat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and drizzle with lemon juice. Serve with sour cream.
