INGREDIENTS
- 4 peeled cloves of garlic
- 10 g rosemary leaves
- 180 g olive oil
- 8 tablespoons lemon juice
- 5 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1.4 kg chicken wings
- 25 g flat-leaf parsley leaves
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In a bowl, mix oil, lemon and lime juice, crushed garlic, finely chopped rosemary, salt, and pepper. Stir the marinade well until the salt dissolves.
- 2Add the wings, mix thoroughly, and marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- 3Preheat the oven to 185°C.
- 4Remove the wings from the marinade, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, and put them in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Save the remaining marinade.
- 5Mix finely chopped parsley into the marinade and thoroughly brush the wings with it 3 minutes before the end of baking.
