INGREDIENTS

  • 2× small zucchini (approx. 300 g)
  • 20 g tomato paste
  • 2 cloves of garlic (crushed)
  • 3 g fresh basil
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • 200 g turkey ham (min. 90% meat)
  • 200 g mozzarella (coarsely grated)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Prepare a baking sheet and line it with baking paper.

    Halve the zucchinis lengthwise and place them on the prepared baking sheet.

    Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 170–180 °C.

    Meanwhile, mix the tomato paste with crushed garlic and oregano, and season with salt and pepper.

    Remove the zucchinis from the oven, spread them with the tomato mixture, top with slices of ham, and sprinkle with grated mozzarella.

    Return to the oven for another 20 minutes, then remove, garnish with fresh basil, and serve warm.
