INGREDIENTS

  • 400 g smoked tofu
  • 2× medium carrot
  • 2x egg
  • 40 g fine rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1× can of crushed peeled tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon ground chili
  • 50 g leek (for serving)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INGREDIENTS

    Finely grate the tofu and carrot into a large bowl.

    Add the eggs, rolled oats, salt, and pepper, and mix everything into a dough. If the mixture is not sticky enough, add an egg.

    Let the dough rest for approximately 10 minutes, then shape it into balls about 4 cm in diameter.

    Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the balls over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side.

    Add tomato paste and tomatoes, and let the mixture simmer for approximately 5 minutes over medium heat.

    Season with salt, pepper, and add chili.

    Garnish with leek and serve.
