INGREDIENTS
- 400 g smoked tofu
- 2× medium carrot
- 2x egg
- 40 g fine rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1× can of crushed peeled tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon ground chili
- 50 g leek (for serving)
- Salt
- Pepper

INGREDIENTS
- 1Finely grate the tofu and carrot into a large bowl.
- 2Add the eggs, rolled oats, salt, and pepper, and mix everything into a dough. If the mixture is not sticky enough, add an egg.
- 3Let the dough rest for approximately 10 minutes, then shape it into balls about 4 cm in diameter.
- 4Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the balls over medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side.
- 5Add tomato paste and tomatoes, and let the mixture simmer for approximately 5 minutes over medium heat.
- 6Season with salt, pepper, and add chili.
- 7Garnish with leek and serve.
