  • 600 g chicken meat
  • 250 g Greek yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 120 g cornflakes
  • ½ teaspoon dried chili

  • White yogurt
  • Garlic
  • Lime
  • Parsley

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 190°C.

    Cut the cleaned chicken meat into larger strips.
  • 3
    In a small bowl, mix yogurt, turmeric, salt, pepper, and chili.

    In another bowl, crumble the cornflakes using your hands or a stick blender.

    Transfer the cut chicken meat into the bowl with the yogurt mixture and mix by hand so that the pieces are evenly coated.

    Coat each piece in the crushed cornflakes and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake in the preheated oven at 190°C for about 20 minutes.

    Before consumption, check if the meat is sufficiently cooked. Just cut one piece with a kitchen knife; if it's pink inside, return it to the oven.
