- 200 ml soy cream
- 500 g plain yogurt (3.5% fat)
Instructions
- 1Take a large bowl. Place a sieve into it that fits just right and leaves a gap for the yogurt to drain.
- 2Line the sieve with a clean cloth and fill it with yogurt mixed with cream.
- 3Leave at room temperature until the next day. Excess water will drain into the sieve, leaving pure Lučina.
- 4There is approximately 450 g of Lučina - important information for other recipes.
