
Beef stir-fry with rice noodles

Preparation method
Cut the beef into thin strips, place in a bowl and mix with crushed garlic, grated ginger, cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil. Season the resulting mixture with salt and pepper and set aside for now.
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables: clean the bell pepper and cut it into thin strips. Peel the onion and slice it.
Now, start heating approximately 1–1.5 l of water in a pot for cooking the rice noodles. In the meantime, begin preparing the beef mixture (see below). Once the water in the pot starts to boil, salt it, add the noodles, and cook them over medium heat for the time indicated on the package (usually only a few minutes). Continuously check the noodles to prevent overcooking.
