INGREDIENTS
- 4 egg yolks
- 250 ml milk
- 250 ml whipping cream
- 25 g granulated sugar
- 400 g sweetened condensed milk
- 1 vanilla bean
- 300 ml rum
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Whisk egg yolks with sugar until light and frothy.
- 2Then add both milks, cream, and seeds from the vanilla bean.
- 3Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture begins to thicken. Remove from heat and let the mixture cool.
- 4Once cooled, stir in the rum and pour into bottles. The liqueur will last several weeks in the refrigerator.
