  • 2 eggs
  • 30 g dark chocolate
  • 30 g hazelnut butter
  • 15 g chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • Sour cream

INSTRUCTIONS

    Mash the banana finely with a fork. Melt the chocolate with coconut oil. Mix the banana with the chocolate and add eggs, nut butter, chia seeds, and baking powder. Mix the dough thoroughly and let it rest for 10 minutes.

    Heat up the waffle maker, which can be lightly greased with coconut oil. Remove after approximately ten minutes.
Tip
Waffles are excellent with sour cream and forest fruit.
