INGREDIENTS
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 25 g pumpkin seeds
- 25 g sesame seeds
- 50 g almonds
- 50 g walnuts
- 30 g freeze-dried raspberries
- 10 g grated coconut
- 15 g coconut oil
- Teaspoon of cinnamon
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 3 tablespoons of water

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Pour the seeds, nuts, and coconut into a bowl and mix well. If the nuts are large, you can chop them beforehand. Add coconut oil and cinnamon to the mixture and mix again. Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes at 160°C.
- 2Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with a little water and after 15 minutes of baking, stir it into the granola. Let it bake together for another 3-4 minutes. Every oven bakes differently, so be careful not to burn the granola. Finally, stir in the freeze-dried fruit.
Tip
You can serve the finished granola with plain yogurt or quark.
