INGREDIENTS
- 800 ml chicken broth
- 350 g onions
- 20 g lard
- Salt
- Pepper
- 80 g Edam cheese
- 100 g bacon
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel the onions, slice them, and sauté in lard. Add chopped bacon, which is lightly fried in a pan. Place the mixture into a pot and pour in the broth. Cook for 20 minutes.
- 2Season the soup with salt and pepper. Remove from the heat and stir in the grated cheese.
