INGREDIENTS

  • ½ spaghetti squash
  • Fresh herbs (thyme, oregano, rosemary, tarragon, lovage)
  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 150 g fresh or pre-cooked shrimp
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Basil
  • Lemon

INSTRUCTIONS

    Scoop out the seeds from the spaghetti squash and fill it with fresh herbs and butter. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes in a fan-assisted oven preheated to 160°C. Scoop out the cooked flesh with a fork to create spaghetti.

    Cut the washed cherry tomatoes in half, crush the garlic. Pour olive oil into a heated deep pan, add garlic and shrimp (cleaned, deveined), sauté briefly, then add tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Sauté for another approximately 2 minutes, finally add the spaghetti squash and season to taste.

    Garnish the plate with basil leaves and a lemon wedge.
