INGREDIENTS
- 180 g oats
- 50 g hazelnuts
- 30 g almonds
- 30 g coconut oil
- 60 g honey
- 1 tablespoon gingerbread spice
- A pinch of salt
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Parchment paper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Chop the nuts and mix them with the oats, gingerbread spice, and a pinch of salt.
- 2Mix the coconut oil and honey. Add the liquid mixture to the other ingredients and mix thoroughly. It's best done by hand.
- 3Once the mixture starts to stick together, transfer it to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 170°C for 15 minutes. Stir at least once during baking.
- 4After baking, let it cool and store in a sealed container.
