INGREDIENTS
- 200 g of curd
- 100 g of rye flour
- 1 egg
- 20 g of sesame seeds + some for sprinkling
- 1 teaspoon of psyllium
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of Provençal herbs
- A pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix the curd with flour, seeds, psyllium, baking powder, Provençal herbs, and salt. Stir together. We will get a dough, which we put in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- 2Then we start forming the rolls. Always wet your hands with water before shaping each roll to make it easier to work with, otherwise the dough may stick. Form 6 rolls from the dough.
- 3Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
