INGREDIENTS
- 200 g curd
- 100 g rye flour
- 1 egg
- 20 g sesame seeds + for sprinkling
- 1 teaspoon psyllium
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon Provence herbs
- Pinch of salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix the curd with flour, seeds, psyllium, baking powder, Provence herbs, and salt. Mix thoroughly. A dough will form, which you then place in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- 2Then start forming the buns. Always wet your hands with water before shaping each bun to make them easier to work with, otherwise, the dough might stick. Form 6 buns from the dough.
- 3Bake at 180°C for 40 minutes.
