INGREDIENTS
- 80 g blanched almonds
- 90 g cheddar
- 1 egg
- Pinch of salt
- ½ teaspoon Herbes de Provence

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Finely grind the almonds, and finely grate the cheese. Mix them together in a bowl, add the egg, a pinch of salt, and Herbes de Provence. This will create a slightly sticky dough.
- 2Place it in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. Then, form sticks by taking a piece of dough and lightly rolling it into a cylinder shape.
- 3Place the sticks on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C for approximately 25 minutes, until the sticks are lightly golden.
