INGREDIENTS FOR THE CRUST
- 150 g wholemeal rye flour
- 50 g butter
- 50 ml water
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING
- 800 g frozen spinach (leaf)
- 170 g onion
- 40 g ghee
- 2 cloves garlic
- 180 g sour cream
- Salt
- 100 g Gouda
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1From the crust ingredients, create a dough, press it into a mold, prick it with a fork, and pre-bake the crust in a preheated oven at 180 °C for approximately 7 minutes.
- 2Sauté the onion in ghee, add spinach and crushed garlic. Simmer until softened and let the water evaporate.
- 3Finally, add sour cream and grated or diced cheese. Place on the crust and bake for another 50 minutes at 180 °C.
