INGREDIENTS FOR THE CRUST

  • 150 g whole grain rye flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 ml still water

INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING

  • 800 g frozen spinach (leaves)
  • 170 g onion
  • 40 g ghee
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 180 g sour cream
  • Salt
  • 100 g Gouda

INSTRUCTIONS

    From the crust ingredients, create a dough, press it into a form, prick it with a fork, and pre-bake the crust in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 7 minutes.

    Sauté the onion in ghee, add spinach and pressed garlic. Simmer until softened and let the water evaporate.

    Finally, add sour cream and grated or chopped cheese. Place on the crust and bake for another 50 minutes at 180°C.
