INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH
- 170 g cheddar
- 160 g blanched almonds
- 2 eggs
- Dried basil
- Salt
INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING
- 90 g tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons water
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- 4 slices ham
- 1 egg
- Pepper
- Salt
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Baking paper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Grate the cheddar coarsely, grind the almonds into a fine flour. Add 2 eggs, salt, and basil. Place the resulting dough in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- 2Then roll it out into a thin crust between two sheets of baking paper. Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.
- 3Spread tomato paste, mixed with water, herbs, pepper, and salt, over the pre-baked crust. Top the paste with ham slices and crack an egg over it. Bake the pizza for another 15 minutes in the oven.
