INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH
- 170 g cheddar
- 160 g blanched almonds
- 2 eggs
- Dried basil
- Salt
INGREDIENTS FOR TOPPING
- 90 g tomato puree
- 3 tablespoons water
- ½ teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- 4 slices of ham
- 1 egg
- Pepper
- Salt
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Baking paper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Grate the cheddar coarsely, grind the almonds into a fine flour. Add 2 eggs, salt, and basil. Place the resulting dough in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- 2Then roll it out into a thin sheet between two baking papers. Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°.
- 3Spread the pre-baked crust with tomato puree mixed with water, herbs, pepper, and salt. Add slices of ham and crack an egg on top. Bake the pizza for another 15 minutes in the oven.
