Preparation method

Grate the cheddar coarsely, grind the almonds into a fine flour. Add 2 eggs, salt, and basil. Place the resulting dough in the freezer for 30 minutes.

Then roll it out into a thin crust between two sheets of baking paper. Place in the oven for 15 minutes at 180°C.

Spread the tomato paste, mixed with water, herbs, pepper, and salt, over the pre-baked crust. Top the paste with slices of ham and crack an egg over it. Bake the pizza for another 15 minutes in the oven.
