INGREDIENTS FOR THE CAKE BASE
- 280 g blanched almonds
- 120 ml milk
- 50 g coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons cocoa
- 2 eggs
- 1 baking powder
- 3 tablespoons powdered sweetener
INGREDIENTS FOR THE FILLING
- 500 ml whipping cream
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 2-3 bananas
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1In one bowl, mix the dry ingredients. In another, whisk the egg yolks with coconut oil. Add the yolks and milk to the dry mixture. Finally, carefully fold in the whipped egg whites.
- 2Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 °C. Let it cool in the refrigerator.
- 3Then hollow out the cake base about 2 cm from the edge and about 1 cm deep. Slice the bananas and place them on the base, then layer whipped cream mixed with crushed chocolate pieces on top. Sprinkle the cream mound with the hollowed-out cake base to create a molehill.
- 4Serve chilled from the refrigerator.
