- 330 g apples
- 200 g ground poppy seeds
- 100 g banana (optional)
- 40 g grated coconut
- 15 g coconut oil

Mix with ground poppy seeds. Peel the banana and mash it with a fork. Add other ingredients - coconut, eggs, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix together.
- 2Line the baking form with baking paper, place the dough on it. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes. If the size of the form is different, adjust the baking time accordingly.
Tip
The form should be 25 x 15 cm in diameter.
