Preparation method

Rinse the beans from their brine and blend them with olive oil until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. (We used a 28 × 20 cm pan, but you can use any size and adjust the baking time accordingly).

Bake at 170 °C for approximately 20 minutes.

Melt the chocolate, add a tablespoon of coconut oil, and then pour over the finished brownie. You can sprinkle with coconut.
