INGREDIENTS FOR THE BATTER

  • 510 g of red beans (2 cans)
  • 4 eggs
  • 8 tablespoons of cocoa
  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil (1 tablespoon = 10 ml)
  • 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 4 tablespoons of chicory syrup

INGREDIENTS FOR THE TOPPING

  • 100 g of dark chocolate
  • Teaspoon of coconut oil

  • Parchment paper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Rinse the beans from the brine and blend them smoothly with olive oil. Stir in the other ingredients. Place in a baking dish lined with parchment paper. (We used a 28 × 20 cm dish, but you can use any and adjust the baking time if necessary).

    Bake at 170 °C for approximately 20 minutes.

    Melt the chocolate, add a tablespoon of coconut oil, and then pour over the finished brownies. You can sprinkle with coconut.
