INGREDIENTS FOR THE BATTER
- 510 g red beans (2 cans)
- 4 eggs
- 8 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 4 tablespoons olive oil (1 tablespoon 10 ml)
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 4 tablespoons chicory syrup
INGREDIENTS FOR THE GLAZE
- 100 g dark chocolate
- Teaspoon coconut oil
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- Parchment paper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Rinse the beans from their brine and blend them with olive oil until smooth. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Pour into a baking pan lined with parchment paper. (We used a 28 × 20 cm pan, but you can use any size and adjust the baking time accordingly).
- 2Bake at 170 °C for approximately 20 minutes.
- 3Melt the chocolate, add a tablespoon of coconut oil, and then pour over the finished brownie. You can sprinkle with coconut.
- 4Let it set in the refrigerator.
