INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g mix of minced meat
  • 2 teaspoons brown cane sugar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • a handful of chopped shallot
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • chopped fresh coriander
  • 10 stalks of lemongrass

INSTRUCTIONS

    Put the minced meat in a bowl, add grated garlic, chopped coriander, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and mix everything thoroughly with your fingers. Divide the meat into 10 equally sized portions. Pierce the lemongrass stalks in a few places in the lower third with a knife and wrap them with the seasoned minced meat using slightly moistened hands.
