INGREDIENTS
- 500 g mix of minced meat
- 2 teaspoons brown cane sugar
- 2 cloves of garlic
- a handful of chopped shallot
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- chopped fresh coriander
- 10 stalks of lemongrass
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Put the minced meat in a bowl, add grated garlic, chopped coriander, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and mix everything thoroughly with your fingers. Divide the meat into 10 equally sized portions. Pierce the lemongrass stalks in a few places in the lower third with a knife and wrap them with the seasoned minced meat using slightly moistened hands.
- 2Grill the meat on all sides until golden brown.
