BUN BO NAM BO
- 400 g beef
- 1 lemongrass stalk
- 2 cloves of garlic
- Mung bean sprouts
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cucumber
- Coriander
- Perilla
- Vietnamese balm
- Peanuts
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 package of bun noodles
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon oil
DRESSING
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1-2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chili pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Cut the meat into the thinnest slices possible, add 2 tablespoons of fish sauce, a pinch of salt, grated garlic, finely chopped lemongrass, one tablespoon of oil, a pinch of pepper, and let it marinate for half an hour to an hour.
- 2Cut all the vegetables and herbs into thin strips. Roast the peanuts in a pan and crush them in a mortar or with a rolling pin.
- 3Cook the bun noodles (according to the instructions). After cooking, rinse them with cold water to prevent sticking, and then rinse again with hot water.
- 4Quickly stir-fry the meat in a hot pan and season as needed.
- 5In a large bowl, place the bun noodles, vegetables, mung bean sprouts, herbs, meat, and pour the dressing over everything. Finally, sprinkle with peanuts.

- 1Mix all the ingredients with 4 tablespoons of water.
