CHICKEN SATAY
  • 500 g chicken meat
  • 1 teaspoon cane sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • a piece of chopped ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  • chopped fresh coriander
PEANUT SAUCE
  • 2.5 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1-2 cloves garlic
  • 50 ml coconut milk
  • 1 chili pepper
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
  • Package of skewers

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the chicken meat into cubes and place in a bowl. Add grated garlic, ginger, chopped coriander, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and mix everything thoroughly with your fingers.

Let it marinate for 30 minutes. Thread the meat onto skewers and grill on all sides until golden brown.

PEANUT SAUCE INSTRUCTIONS

In a pot, mix all ingredients for the peanut sauce and simmer with 40 ml of water for about 8 minutes.
