Preparation method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius - top and bottom heat. Peel the onion and garlic. Slice the onion into half-rings and the garlic into slices. Heat a pan and sauté the onion in oil. Let it become translucent. Then add the garlic and let it turn golden. Pour in the beer, add ginger, cinnamon, chili, and dried thyme. Finally, add whole sprigs of rosemary and let it simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, coil the Vinná klobása into small spirals and secure with a toothpick. Arrange the sausage in a baking dish and pour the black beer mixture over it.
Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Remove the rosemary sprigs from the sauce. Serve the sausage with fresh bread, which can be dipped into the beer sauce.
