SPRING ROLLS

  • 10 pcs rice paper
  • 200 g shrimp
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cucumber
  • Handful of cilantro
  • Handful of mint
  • Handful of perilla
  • 1 pc little gem lettuce
  • 1 package bún noodles

HOISIN SAUCE

  • 4 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 - 2 cloves garlic
  • ½ fresh chili
  • Tbsp sesame oil

INSTRUCTIONS

    Prepare bún noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside. Dip rice paper in water, let it soften, then layer lettuce, noodles, herbs, and shrimp onto it. Fold the rice paper, tuck in the sides, and roll up.

    Prepare the hoisin sauce by mixing all ingredients, adding 50 ml of water. Cook together in a saucepan for about 8 minutes.

    Dip the finished spring rolls in peanut sauce.
