ROLLS
- 10 pcs of rice paper
- 200 g of shrimp
- 1 avocado
- 1 carrot
- 1 cucumber
- A handful of coriander
- A handful of mint
- A handful of perilla
- 1 piece of little gem lettuce
- 1 package of bun noodles
HOISIN SAUCE
- 4 tablespoons of hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 - 2 cloves of garlic
- ½ fresh chili
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Prepare the bun noodles according to the instructions, drain them and set aside. Soak the rice paper in water, let it soften, and then layer it with lettuce, noodles, herbs, and shrimp. Fold the rice paper, wrap the edges, and roll it up.
- 2Prepare the hoisin sauce by mixing all the ingredients, to which we add 50 ml of water. Cook together for about 8 minutes in a saucepan.
- 3Dip the finished rolls in peanut sauce.
