- 200 g finely ground oat flakes
- 50 g pecan nuts
- 10 g flax seeds
- 20 g chicory syrup

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Peel the apples, cut them into pieces, and blend with an immersion blender. You can also use 200 g of unsweetened apple puree.
- 2Pour the flakes into a bowl, break or chop the nuts, add seeds, chicory syrup, and about a tablespoon of cinnamon. Mix with the apples and spread in a thin layer on baking paper.
- 3Bake at 175 °C for about 25-30 min, during which you can stir the granola a few times so that the baked clumps are not too large.
- 4After removing it from the oven, let it dry for another 2-3 days, then you can store it in a glass jar or other container.
Tip
Serve, for example, with plain yogurt, kefir, or quark.
