INGREDIENTS
- 4 medium bananas (peeled)
- 2 eggs size M
- 30 g whole grain spelt flour
- 80 ml semi-skimmed milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 20 g butter (melted)
INGREDIENTS FOR GARNISHING
- Plain yogurt
- Honey
- Hazelnuts
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Prepare an immersion blender, a deep bowl, and a non-stick pan with a diameter of 28 cm (or a pancake pan).
- 2Place peeled bananas, eggs, flour, milk, baking powder, and butter into the bowl and blend everything thoroughly using the immersion blender.
- 3Once the mixture is ready, place the pan on the stove and heat it over medium heat. Spoon the batter onto the hot pan to form pancakes approximately 8 cm in diameter. Cook them dry over medium heat for 3 minutes on each side.
- 4Once the pancakes are done, you can serve them.
Tip
Serve the pancakes best with plain yogurt, honey, and hazelnuts.
